Expiry Period 12 months from activation. No incoming or outgoing calls are allowed after the prepaid account has expired.
SIM Card Grace Period 90 days from the date of expiry of prepaid account. No calls are allowed during the grace period.
Restrictions > MENA vouchers are only available in single quantity per SIM account and only for initial activation, recharges are not available.
> An account may be recharged, using a standard global voucher sold at the regular price. Any previous unused minutes at the time of recharge will be forfeited.
> Must be used with prepaid SIMs.
> MENA e-vouchers cannot be mixed with any other e-voucher or prepaid plan. Balances on existing prepaid accounts do not transfer if that account is converted to the MENA Prepaid plan/e¬voucher and vice versa .

Account balance announcement No charge
To originate a call using the prepaid service, the dialing sequence is similar to that of postpaid service. Specifically,
1. Dial "+" or 00 followed by the country code and followed by the telephone number.
2. The maximum number of minutes available for that particular call are announced. The maximum number of minutes depends on the call type, e.g., for a given balance, more minutes are available for an ISU-PSTN call than for ISU-other satellite call. The announcement is in English.
3. The call is connected.
To check the account balance,
1. Dial 2888
2. The number of remaining ISU-PSTN minutes in the account and the number of days until the account expires are announced. The announcement is in English.
The system will only allow the addition of a single quantity e-voucher to be added per prepaid account. The activation of multiples of these e-vouchers are not available under the MENA prepay plan .
This calculation based on ISU-PSTN minutes will be accurate for the vast majority of subscribers, but not all. For subscribers who place a large amount of ISU-other satellite calls, the announced minutes will be low. For subscribers who place a large number of ISU-ISU calls, the announced number will be high.
3. The call is automatically disconnected when the announcement finishes.
The expiry period for MENA vouchers is 12 months. Unused minutes are lost when an account expires.
- Calling party pays except in the case of PSTN-ISU calls made via the Two Stage Platform.
- Calls are rated at 20-second increments.
